Bambooman is known for producing experimental and often very textural beats. To date, he has released on: Sonic Router, Brownswood and YNR, as well as his own label Health which put out the notable Sound Healers Compilations. He has collaborated with artist such as Jehst, Segilola & Strange U. His music is championed by the likes of Gilles Peterson, Kutmah and Jon K.

Bathed by his Dad until the age of 16 due to fears of the plug hole, some say this alone helped form Sloe Loris’s eclectic and unusual musical taste. Locals may find him lurking in the darkest corners of Leeds institution The Wire Club, where he often pretends to work, or at the back of the dance floor with a glass half full surveying his similarly portioned club nights and gigs under the names Konductors Lab or Catacomb
